Section 2: Login and Account Settings

  • How do I reset my password when forgotten or simply need to reset it?

    Forgetting a password is more common than you might think! Here is an easy way to get back on track.

    1. Log into your EzineArticles Expert Author Account.
      Log in Form
    2. Select the Forget Your Password link
    3. Enter your email address and select Reset Password. An email will be sent the email address you have on file. Follow the directions in this email to reset your password.

    ** Keep in mind that this reset is time-sensitive. It is important that you complete this process by logging in your new password

  • I can't log in - what do I do?

    Have you tried clearing your cache? If not, clear it, close your browser and try again.

    If this doesn't work, try logging in with a different browser. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera are a few browser options that you may try.

    If you continue to experience difficulties, contact our Member Support team. If it is our error, we'll get it addressed immediately.

  • How do I upload a photo?

    1. Log into your EzineArticles Expert Author Account.
    2. Select "Edit Author Photo" from the "Profile Manager" drop-down menu
    3. Scroll down the page to "Upload Photo"

    4. Click on the "Choose File" to locate your photo
    5. Once you select the photo you would like to use, click the Upload Photo button
