Why Women Hate Other Women
By Cassandra George Sturges

Women are so busy competing with each other for male attention that they do not have the psychological, intellectual or emotional insight to change the social climate that is causing them to suffer from low-self esteem.

Subject: women vs woman

Excellent article, however the writer didn't address the fact that women are not only jealous of the more attractive woman. Women who suffer from self esteem issues will hone in on ANYTHING they feel lacking in, From the ability to converse on a scientific subject to the ability to make a good carrot cake. There is a woman out there willing to see you as an enemy.

Not only will the jealous attempt to cause to upend your life, she will enlist her friends to help her. I have more than once heard that I "think I'm so great" This is not the case, I just tend to be introverted and much prefer a book over a 'garden party'. It would seem my inability to chat is seen as hostile, but my attempts to 'chat' leave others cold. I'm not unfriendly , I just have the nothing to say that interests these people and as an introvert, I have well established boundaries.

Yes ,I will tell you where to buy the shirt on sale, but I am not telling you anything about my personal business. And I really don't want to hear about the personal business of other people

All in all, the writer gives good advice.... but I doubt the woman who feels inferior is actually going to put the energy into becoming a better person. Dieting, or becoming a doctor takes hard work. Unfortunately these women see beauty or intelligence as gifts of providence; and not something attainable

All in all, while the advice ,to the 'jealous', abounds; not a word of advise is given to the woman who is made the target of the jealous.

Apparently, there is no dealing with them as they will even go so far as to disrupt a friend's, relative or colleague's life. They do not respect themselves or anyone else.

BEWARE
