Subject: Reply Hi Tom - Feedback is the highest form of motivation -Thanks. Yes I know the research data is old - not much of this around. But, the object was to drill home the benefits of a structured multi rated interview over a general chit-chat. Although old figure I believe today's figure would post the same picture.
