It is refreshing to find a law firm focusing on what lies ahead for the high tech industry and making it their business to stay abreast of trends and issues that effect our trade. There are a lot of great attorneys who understand law. Finding lawyers who can apply it to the complexities of the advanced technology business is another matter. Dale Markland and Tara Hanley's approach of tailoring their practice to the needs of tech clients rather than trying to shoe-horn them into some "old school" style of lawyering is timely, if not brilliant.
