What About Federal Judge David O. Carter and the Obama Eligibility Issue?
By Norton Nowlin

As the quotable John Adams said so plainly, "The United States is a nation of laws, and not of men." As such, the rule of law, especially U.S. Constitutional law, should be paramount in adjudging the rightness, or wrongness, of human behavior or condition when constitutional issues are concerned. Federal Judge David O. Carter is currently in a position to allow, or not to allow, the proper adjudication of an extremely important U.S. Constitutional issue, that of whether Barack H. Obama is eligible, as a natural born citizen of the United States, to hold the office of President.

Subject: Obama's birth certificate

I have seen the green certificate that the Washington Post said was Obama's birth certificate. I matched it up with one of my children's certificate and wow, what a difference. It is a photocopy print, white on black background. It has mothers and fathers name and place of birth. It also has signature of mother, signature of delivering doctor, signature of Director of Health and State Registrar. Now the green thing of Obama's does not show any of that. I wonder why.

Subject: Obama eligibility

Maybe Judge Carter is not an Obama supporter or sympathizer. Maybe he is adhering to his constitutional oath, unlike members of congress and senate who did not, in my opinion, verify his eligibility. If there is nothing to hide, why would someone spend $1.5 million to insure that all of his records have been lock boxed. Maybe Judge Carter cares about the constitution more than the others.

Subject: Obama's Birth Certificate

When Obama produces what he says is his Hawaiian birth certificate, I want Judge Carter to request the birth certificates issued just before and just after Obama's. I would have him insist that a "CSI"-type investigation be done on Obama's to check for similar quality of paper, the water mark of the paper, the size and the style of the font and the type of ink used. If Obama's is legitamate, the three should be an exact match.

In regard to the last comment provided on 11-10-09 and assuming a certificate surfaces I would think that the Judge could subpoena the records of the hospital and the persons who signed the document and have them testify under oath the legitimacy of the certificate and demonstrate to the court that in fact their signatures have legally appeared on many other birth certificates both immediately before and after the Obama certificate. There are many ways to obtain this information which I am sure Judge David Carter is fully aware of and will hopefully pursue in order to put this issue to bed.
