Subject: Jack vs Champ
Dear People
I owned a champ for years. loved it so much. I own my own cleaning service and work very hard. The champ did everything, In ten years I only had to have it repaired three times and was allowed to use one of the Champs on hand until mine was fixes. Well, after all those years of non stop use it finally burned out. the motor died. So I looked for another. No, no more, new one out Jack. Well, who ever made the Jack sure doesn't clean. I call it the Jack Crap. I had so much faith in your company. Now??? I want my Champ back. I'll have the motor rebuilt, I'll take one if you have one. My clients were so impressed with the Champ. I could tell you so many stories of how well it preformed. but now now. I work so hard, I need something that works with me. The champ did that. The Jack, tips over all the time, the new attachments are awkward, I use my old Champ attachments. I'll even give you back the Jack Crap if you can give me the amazing Champ. I'm so lost without it. Sorry, but you guys really blew it this time. It is clear that the people who made Poor Jack never clean, I mean really clean. I clean all day and need something that can keep up with me. It's heaver, it's awkward. it's ugly. Tell me how to get a Champ so my clients will be happy again. it doesn't even pick up like the Champ. I clean and clean and there is still dirt on the floor. The Champ would never let that happen. So the Jack makes my work harder. If you saw me work you would understand. You someone who work to let you know what is good and what works. Poor old Jack Crap doesn't cut it. A very loyal customer, but not so sure now Joette Callan Canandaigua New Yore 14423
