A good description of the brighton social scene.
I would like to add about the great parks such as queens park which has a beautiful cafe, open areas and a lovely area based round the stream.
The arts are fantastic as well the Pheonix Gallery has some great underground art shows.Also the excellent Fabrica gallery, exhibiting the likes of the famous Anish Kapoor.
Ps I liked your description of Kemp Town it definatley has a bohemian abandon I live there!
