By Simon Lee Smith

Internal communication is not 'soft and fluffy' - it is at the very heart of the organization, whatever its purpose, and is critical to its effective functioning. Better Communication is the need of the moments whenever you sense trouble. Either you are talking about the family, home, organization, or anything, where there is a lack of proper comms channel problems are bound to arise. we need to talk. comms is the best way to dealt with any such issues..

Your article is extremely good but it would be better if you can elaborate it further..its seems bit short as of now...anyway good article....
