Subject: The Murder of the American Educational System
You have asked a question I asked the school system when I was teaching and when my daughter was a student that I think is very important then and now. What use are those standardized tests? None in my eyes. They certainly didn't help my students when I was teaching and they certainly didn't help my daughter. I didn't realize that the admin. made the salaries that you mentioned in your article. That's not right. I've been hearing there's not enough teachers to go around in some schools in WA in this part of the state and the students are suffering for it. But yet I imagine the admin. are still getting their high-priced salaries. Things aren't done right in the school systems. Your article was really good, Norm.
