The vast majority of guys that are going to the gym do so with one thing in mind, to transform their body by building muscle. However, they tend to be most interested in building the muscles that people will most easily see which is the arms and the chest. So, they spend most of their time working out these areas and neglecting the rest of the body.

This article is right on target. I have been lifting weights off and on since I was a teenager and I am 66 years old. I have been trying to lose weight and have not been having much success. I do cardio three to four times a week walking on a treadmill and I thought this was enough work for my legs. Boy was I wrong. I have added a leg workout every week now on top of my push pull routine and I am finally starting to lose weight. If you want to lose weight and build muscle you must not neglect working your legs.
