Subject: A confusing point addressed

It's obvious to those of us in the life insurance industry, but to many ordinary people in the community, there is some confusion when it comes to differentiating between brokers and agents. Your article does a fantastic job of defining the two. As for the consumers, they just need to talk to various agents and brokers to see who can help them the best. It all comes down to individual needs and preferences.
