Excellent article! Anyone working with a business providing services should take to heart the 7 P's for marketing. Particularly the P for Processes to ensure that they can delivery a consistency in services and replicate their successes.
On a separate note - What is your view on the other P or now called the 8th P for Physical Ambiance is useful for a service based industry?
