You have touched on a raw nerve for many consumers, especially U.S. consumers!

When I call customer service I know immediately that I am in trouble because I have someone from India on the line. It's nearly impossible to have a conversation for two reasons:

1. The accent - obviously.

2. The disconnect between Eastern and Western thought processing. You just do not put thoughts together in a manner that communicates to western thinking.

Now, let me say that this is not meant to demean your intelligence or nationality in an way. Far from it. My point is - "When in Rome, do as the Romans do!"

If you are going to capture more U.S. or English speaking business, your instructors need to be experienced with English as a FIRST language.

This article was excellent and timely!
