Snowboard Jackets
By Michael Millbank

One would think that you would want a heavy jacket when snowboarding to help keep you warm; however, that is completely wrong. A snowboarding jacket should be light weight and offer no restrictions when it comes to being able to move freely. Your jacket, if too heavy, could hinder your performance on the snowboard by not allowing you to move the way that you want or the way that you need to.

Subject: Weight

If it is an actual snowboard jacket then it should be fairly light weight. The number one thing to look for should be a waterproof rating of 120 centimeters or more.
