Subject: Simplicity Vacuums not Made in USA
I purchased a "top of the line" Simplicity vacuum on the recommendation of a friend. One of the major selling points was a lot of hype, including a video on their web page about it being "made in USA."
The vacuum I purchased (which is not working very well) was marked "made in Korea" on the bottom, "made in China" on the accessories. It may be that some Simplicity vacuums are made in USA but this one definitely was not. A deal of a mistake at $1000.
