Scary Lack of Options in American Maternity Coverage

In the face of the lofty costs of maternity care, mothers-to-be are turning to consumer-driven health plans (CDHPs) as a more affordable alternative to the high price of traditional insurance. But this new method of medical reimbursement may not be a plausible solution, as the out-of-pocket costs associated with CDHPs can be astronomical. Is the potential of lower deductibles and little payout worth the risk?
