Subject: Tax Implications Article

Hi there,

Very useful information. I saw you mentioned the Tax implications article but I'm unable to find it. We would like to set up a very small web development company (2-3 people) and we are trying to figure out what the best option is between these choices. Would love to know how it turned out for you. Thanks!
