Hello; I'm just writing to give you a heads up about Rocket Spanish. I purchased it in late July and used it quite a bit. I had a concern and wrote to them about it and never heard back. I then asked for a refund (they offer a 60-day refund, which I was well within). They will not respond to me. I have emailed them every day for almost three weeks and have not heard one thing back. They are going to steal my $170; not a company I would rate #1. Thanks; Julie Clark
