Subject: Human touch HT-7450

I recently bought the Human touch HT-7450. As the stores near by were not selling it, I went to the web to read the reviews, such as yours.

No reviewers have underlined the fact that you always feel the rollers, no matter what the comfort zone you choose. This chair is a massage chair, period. Not a chair made to seat and relax. You should really warn people about this.

I called Human Touch. I must say the support staff really know their products. This is one of the best support I got from any manufacturers. But the lady told me there is no way to adjust the chair to keep the rollers off your back. You will always fell the rollers. Her advice was to add a pillow on the backrest.

This is why you should inform people about this very important limitation.

To make sure everyone understand, I repeat it: YOU CAN'T BE COMFORTABLE IN THIS MASSAGE CHAIR (HUMAN TOUCH HT-7450) IF YOU JUST WANT TO SEAT AND RELAX. YOU WILL FEEL THE ROLLERS NO MATTER THE CONFORT ZONE YOU CHOOSE AND NO MATTER HOW YOU SEAT IN.

regarding the massaging features, I agree with your review . But it's far to be like a human massage.
