Subject: great article, 1 concept left out

You really nailed it with this article, but one concept you left out that I usually consider on my team is where to place the courtesy/pinch runners. We have a couple of old guys on our team and I like to place fast runners in front of them (especially the fast guys who cant hit). That way they will more likely be the last out and eligible to pinch run for the old guys.
