Real Housewives Workout Plan

This plan is for all housewives that want to keep or get the perfect shape. This is a thirty minute program designed to burn fat and increase strength, from the comfort of your home. This workout plan is done by what is called the round system, which means this can be done in a much shorter time span. You will only need 30 minutes to set aside.

I truly think that the round/circut training approach is the best! I did boot camp over the summer and it was the best....short and fast and saw results almost immediately.

Ladies

I wanted to warn you about some things regarding workouts you see written out online for "anyone".

When Trainers tell you to: 1) JUMP -- can you stand on 1 leg for 30 seconds without losing balance?--> Not a good idea to jump without good stability

2)GO Fast-- Can you hold the hardest position of the movement for more than 5 seconds, in that case decrease speed or load (weight)

3)Sprint!--Can you run 1 mile faster than 8 minutes? Typically, your ability to sprint is inhibited by your weakest link. You need to increase strength and flexibility before increasing a speed that will injure you in the future.
