Real Estate Investing - Determining an Acceptable ROI

As with any other form of investing, there are a number of abbreviations in real estate designed to describe jargon terms. Don't assume that the use of the word "jargon" is intended to downplay the terms. It simply means that the goal here is to clearly present critical terms regarding real estate in a manner that people will understand. One such very important term is "Return on Investment" which is usually abbreviated to ROI.

With so many investors worried about exactly how much ROI they're going to receive they forget that as long as it's a good deal, it's a good deal!

Some will be better than others but if you wait around for too long holding out for a better deal, you'll miss out on money maid in the mean time.
