Radical Self Care Radical Self Care is my personal soap box for women, whereby I proclaim the rather drastic idea that each of us deserves to have our needs met, and that when we do what is necessary to get those needs met, we live healthier lives, and have a more positive impact on those that we love and want to take care of.
