Subject: UV Hoods

After work tonight, I had a discussion with my boss about UV Hood systems. Getting home, I googled UV Hoods and the link brought me here. I clean Exhaust Hoods for a living, and as I read more about UV Hoods, that looks like it is going to cut my work in half. Information also states that you will have to be "more skilled"?? So that means the job will pay more for higher skilled technicians?
