Regarding your "south" directions, why not take the T4 exit (A3113) to the southern perimeter road instead of the A30 and then Stanwell Moor road?. I have used the southern perimeter road Esso station before but its on the wrong side of the road and I seem to remember having to drive for miles to find a turnaround to get back to it. Is there a better way?
I haven’t been to LHR since they opened T5 - Are you saying there are new stations on the Western/Northern perimeter roads now? I am renting/returning a car at Hertz on the Northern perimeter road next week…
