New Notary Trend - Are You Ready to Hit the Buzzer?
By Nicole Mickle

This is how it works: The Title Company needs to get a signing closed at 5pm, for example, so they submit the order online. The system then submits this order to the nearest Notaries via emails and the Notary that responds first wins the prize. Oops... I mean the closing.

Subject: Inexperienced Notaries

This article hit the spot. I found that when I was first starting out as a Signing Agent, I was apprehensive at first, but having gone through my certifications and knowing that I had to start somewhere, I dug right in. The signing went well, and I saw that I had a knack for it. As more signings were offered to me, I found that each one was different in it's own unique way. You never really know what you may encounter when you go to a home or business. But I enjoy meeting the people and adding to my experience. Had I not gotten calls from some of those, "hurry up and answer first" people, I may not be a signing agent today. I thank God that they are around, and I am sure they are thankful for Notaries like myself who actually care about the work they do, and do it properly!
