I truly enjoyed the article by Steven Sears on Nevada Corporations. He is a real expert in these matters. I read his book "Wealth and Asset Protection Strategies". He has a DVD and CD too. My meeting at the Sears Law Building was very informative. I recommend his services to my friends.
