Natural Health Tips For "Intention Deficit Disorder"

Are you someone who starts doing something and then goes on to another thing, then another, without completing anything you've started? (kinda like "disorganized multi-tasking") When we find ourselves jumping from one thing to another without completing anything, a little voice comes in and says "oh my! I must have adult Attention Deficit Disorder (A.D.D.)!" Consider this: It might not be that you are lacking in your attention to matters, it might just be that you are lacking in intention.

Wow, this article hit home for me in all 3 areas of sooo much. And it certainly can be overwhelming. I do use the Young Living Oils. The oil blend of Magnify Your Purpose really helps me stay focused so I am able to accomplish what needs to be done. However, I like the suggestion of connecting a conscious intention to each daily task and am excited to start doing that. I also know that using essential oils in conjunction with prayer is very powerful!
