Great article! I was surfing the net on how to go about in getting a stall on a Spanish market, and came across your article. I am also thinking of heading out there and starting something up. we already have a property in Spain so that is already a plus point. So your doughnuts did sell huh! :-) Its nice to know people do take the risk and venture abroad. well done! I am starting a Spanish course soon so i can speak at least a bit of the lingo before venturing out. Did you always take enough supplies from the UK? or did you have some shipped over? Would you not want to retire in Spain? All the best
