Subject: Question About Restructure and Credit Score
Hector Milla's article is great. I am in the process of doing a loan restructure through NACA. I am in the Fannie Mae required 3 month trial period where I must pay less than my usual monthly payment. I was never late on my mortgage payment. I have a great credit score. How can I ensure that my Credit Score, IF it goes down, will be reinstated? Thank you for all your info. Sincerely,Patrice
