For those who enter service after 1986 there is is choice of retirement plans.
1. High 3. You will receive 50% of the average monthly pay of your three highest paying years of service.
2. CSB. is the same as above but you receive a $30,000 bonus at 15 years of service and then receive 40% and your cost of living allowances and reduced by 1%.
