Macclesfield - Enjoy the Sites and Culture

Macclesfield in Cheshire County just south of the city of Manchester. This spot was historically known for producing silk and was the most important silk producing city during the 18th and 19th centuries. Today you can learn about the mill and silk history in the Paradise Mill Museum and the Heritage Museum.
