Subject: Meataballzzzee I substituted with parmesan and used a sea salt grinder to ligtly salt the meatballs after they were rolled instead of adding tha table spoon of salt that the recipe called for....turned out great. Subject: great idea! Awesome. I'd been experimenting with oven baked meat balls and could never find a way to bake without them flattening on one side (like hockey pucks). Baking them on a rack over a cookie sheet is sheer genius! Comment provided May 31, 2009 at 10:51 am
