As a long term tip I think it should also be noted that to enjoy long term, or that is, permanent weight loss, one should ask themselves, how bad do I want this? Depending on one's answer, I would humbly disagree with the advice given with regards to "avoiding triggers". Is this something I'm doing simply as a means to a desirable end or am I changing my life so as to avoid ending up here again. I do agree, however on the suggested food journal. The reasons are numerous but in the end the most important reason for keeping one quite simply is, it works.
