"The next time you desire that dark chocolate bar with raspberries, I would like you to take it, go into your bedroom or bathroom, take off all your clothes, and slowly eat it in front of the mirror, savoring every last bite. Now, tell me how good it tastes when you look at your jiggly areas."

I found this was a shock to read! I have places on my body I think I would like to tone, then the chocolate grabs me! I might just walk in to my bathroom and watch myself eat next time!

Thank you for this article! Things that make you stop and go WHAT?! Carol B. Foley
