Language Woes For Famous People and Others Not So Much

Have we neglected proper English in our schools? Do we place too much importance on Science and Math? Why do so many stars, talk show hosts, singers and athletes show such poor speaking abilities? They are the role model for kids who copy their style, both in clothing and speech. Is communication no longer important in our academic curriculum?

Yes, The schools programs need more focus in the language (grammar & speaking habits). It is very important.
