Thank you for a very clear, concise article. One that has cleared up quite a few queries I had. I'm on the market now for a LCD monitor and have looked closely at a Dell wide 19", but now I'm starting to think I should go for the standard size 19" LCD.. what a pity you don't live in Australia.
