The Kerr canning flats should not be on the market. They don't seal. They are very cheap. Canning is a long precess and getting the veg. and fruits ready is a lot of work and then to have flats pop after they come out of canner and then a couple days later they the flats are rounded up and the seal has popped. Will never buy Kerr flats again.
