I am a huge supporter of the Indi(k) plans and as I serch the web for supporting information, I have yet to see the benefit of the ROTH amendment listed. Thanks to the Pension Protection Act of 2006 a sole proprietor can add a ROTH amendment to his Indi(k) plan and defer up to 16,500 in 2009 into the Roth regardless of their income. There is no other greater feature than this for someone who makes more than the govt limits to contribute to a ROTH and wants to save money with no future tax obligation
