Buddies, as he said, try to move all cpl files somewhere else (no need to move to safe mode as far as you have an admin hand). Actives cpls, well working ones won't accept to move, but wrong ones will move... Maybe we could say to drop all cpls in trash... no I am kidding, one of them was innocent. :oD ! The guilty one was belonging to a not wired anymore external hardware. It happened after a windows update.
