How to Choose a Wheelchair Van

Choosing a wheelchair van is no easy task. Things like utility, accessibility and quality are factors that you must consider. You are correct. This is no easy task. But let's not mislead a potential customer. First, not all vans can be converted. The cost is the same whether you convert a new, or used van. The process is not as simple as checking to make sure the van is sound. There are also mileage limitations, and you must make sure the modification you are considering will work for the customer's needs. For instance, how tall does the customer sit in her/his chair? Will he/she be able to fit through the door opening height? There are many questions to ask. The bottom line is that it is always advisable to check with your mobility dealer before moving forward with your mobility needs.
