This article is full of information for those going through the h*** of hot flashes. I was very excited to hear that Omega-3 may reduce hot flashes by 50%, however I am a breast cancer survivor with two types of estrogen receptive cancer. It is imperative that I stay away from phytoestrogens, and there are no caveats in this article for those of us who must steer clear of these.
