I am single lady that currently rents and I live in Cali, and with all the repos, its somewhat of a struggle since I am trying to use my VA loan benefit to get a home, but deciding between building a home that increase my monthly pmt by 500 from what I am paying now is making me wonder if I should build or keep looking for a resale...
