Subject: PocketFinder GPS
Thanks for all the information! I'm close to getting a GPS device for hiking, as I live in SoCal, where there are TONS of great canyons, trails, etc.
Anyway, I saw that Pocketfinder won the Gear of the Year award in PC magazine as the best personal location device. Have you had an opportunity to evaluate this device? Any info would be much appreciated- I think that based on price, technology/features, and the cool web interface, this is the product I'm going to get.
But better check with the experts, first. :)
