Hi Brenda, I just wanted to say thank you for writing this article. As a coach, single mum and Director of my own company, balancing all of my duties can be challenging. I am a big supporter of balance and blending the many tasks on my list for the day and what energetic space I come from (Masc or Fem)... I think us single mums forget we are the nurturers too....
