Subject: Litton False Hopes
Litton doesn't seem to have any incentive for FINALIZING loans, since the entire time they POSTPONE finalizing the LOAN, the longer they will CHARGE THE HOMEOWNER THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEIR INFLATED "contractual amount due" AND what the modified loan payment would be! They are now claiming that I owe them a contractual amount of 1600/ month-- because they added monthly taxes and insurance to the bill that is already too high for me to truly manage on my current income. This has gone on SINCE JULY. They will either foreclose, or make out off my back, charging me for money, I am PAYING MYSELF FOR MY HOUSE INSURANCE!
