Guanaja Honduras, Wiener Schnitzel in Paradise! Why does anyone go to Guanaja? Where the heck is Guanaja? Everybody has their own idea of paradise. Some people love the snow and mountains while others believe that the balmy breezes of a tropical island are the way to go. Some people say tomato, others TOMATO. Just to let you know that the original Wiener Schnitzel is made ONLY from veal. In Austria the term Wiener Schnitzel is actually protected by law and if it's not made with veal it is against the law to advertise it as Wiener Schnitzel.
