I tried this recipe tonight and it was very good! Even my kids loved it, and they are pretty picky. Thank you for posting it, Tracy!

I adjusted the glaze slightly. I used 2 Tbs of the Dijon mustard instead of 1/3 cup and added 1/4 tsp ground cloves. The cloves blended nicely with the sweet apricot and smoky pork flavors.

That's great to hear the recipe worked for your family. Cutting down on the mustard makes sense, and I would not have thought of cloves but that really sounds like it might work well with the pork. Thanks for the feedback.
