Government Measures to Help With Health Insurance

Subject: Govt. Help with Health Care

My daughter recently lost her job and picked up Cobra so as to continue to carry health insurance. When the announcement came about the govt helping people like her by paying 65% of the monthly costs it sounded great. She has tried to get information on how to make this happen with success. Today she was notified that her coverage will end tomorrow because her former company has gone bankrupt. Now she not only will not get help paying for the health care but is not eligible for Cobra. The govt needs to step in and help the people who really need it. Coming out with plans that nobody understands or don't work are not the answer.
