Garmin Nuvi 760 Review There's a bewildering array of in-car GPS systems to choose from nowadays. I have owned an off-brand system for a little over a year now and have made do with this until a week ago. On a trip to an unfamiliar area a month ago, I was running late for an appointment and relied on my old GPS system to get me there. It did fine on getting me to the general area then proceeded to take me around the block. And around again. Then again. Subject: The Nuvi 760 GPS was Discontinued
I couldn't agree more, the Garmin Nuvi 760 GPS is a fantastic and accurate personal and portable navigation device. Unfortunately it has been discontinued by Garmin. Of course the good news is that there are still plenty of them around that can be picked up at clearance prices.
I've experienced the same issue with the speakers not being loud enough in the past with various other GPS systems and hopefully this is something that will be improved upon in the future. In fact, maybe it already has.
